Covid 19 UPDATE 03.06.2020

Hi Everyone!

Hope you are all doing well. Below is our latest update:

Pre-Ordered Items - hoodies, joggers and all in ones ordered from the end of March to the end of May, will start being embroidered from tomorrow! As we have a back log of orders, my goal is to have all of these shipped within 7-14 working days. An email will be sent to you with a tracking number once they have been shipped. Thank you so much for your patience.

All other items are available for order. Although, I try to get all orders out within 2-3 working days, I may need the full 7-10 working days to dispatch, (7-14 for hoodies, joggers and all in ones); all orders are made to order, they are made solely by me and have been busier than usual over our lockdown period.

Postage - orders are back to being posted Monday - Friday but at reduced hours. All UK items are sent via Royal Mail signed for. All international orders are sent as tracked.

Face masks - all face masks are made to order. We are fully stocked with elastic. I have set a limit on the masks in order to be able to complete orders within 2-3 working days. If the quantity you want appears as out of stock, please email us.
